Workplace Volunteer Council United Way’s Workplace Volunteer Council (WVC) helps organizations and companies develop new volunteer programs for their employees and strengthen existing ones. Council meetings offer networking opportunities as well as professional development for those involved in workplace volunteer programs. Your membership in the Workplace Volunteer Council will help you create and manage your employee volunteer efforts and introduce you to best practices used by successful organizations nationwide. Our Workplace Volunteer Council meets for a luncheon bimonthly. Each general membership meeting contains a ‘value add’ segment for your employees as well as interesting volunteer opportunities for your employee volunteer program.
